Overview In this role you partner with a portfolio of Gartner clients to ensure they derive value that exceeds their investment. You will build and manage relationships from senior leaders to professionals, understand their business priorities, and propose actions that drive high value, retention, and ROI. You will work closely with internal Gartner teams to maximize delivered value and support clients throughout their Gartner journey.

Regularly engage with clients virtually to understand priorities and propose a value-focused program

Identify and surface client business priorities to guide service delivery

Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize value delivered to clients

Requisitos principales 3+ years relevant professional experience

Fluent in French & English at business level

Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills
