I’m exploring what a recruiting company would look like if it were built from scratch today, with AI and agents at the core rather than added on top of traditional recruiting workflows.
The idea sits somewhere between embedded recruiting and an AI-native service business.
Companies get recruiting capacity embedded into their team, but instead of scaling the service by simply adding more recruiters, we build agents and automations to handle as much of the operational work as possible: research, sourcing, candidate enrichment, ATS management, follow-ups, reporting, interview support, and other repeatable workflows.
Humans stay focused on the parts where they actually add value: understanding the role, making judgment calls, talking to candidates, building relationships with hiring teams, and making decisions.
The goal isn’t to build another recruiting agency that happens to use AI.
It’s to figure out what recruiting as a service looks like when humans and AI agents are designed to work together from day one.
It’s early. There’s an existing recruiting operation to experiment with, real workflows, real searches and real clients, but the new model itself is still something to discover, validate and build.
The setup
This is not a full-time role, and it’s not a salaried position.
We’d start building this alongside our current work, validate the model together, and see where it takes us.
- Equity-based: potentially 50/50, TBD together.
- Part-time to start: no expectation to quit your job tomorrow.
- Remote: Europe-based, so we can actually work together without fighting time zones every day.
- Very early stage: you’d be joining at the idea/validation stage, with real influence over what we build and how we build it.
I’m looking for a cofounder, not an employee or a commission-based sales partner. Who I’m looking for A GTM-minded cofounder with technical curiosity.
Most importantly,
you should genuinely enjoy GTM: talking to customers, testing positioning, selling something before it’s perfect, figuring out distribution, and turning messy feedback into a clearer business.
You don’t need to be an engineer.
But you should be genuinely hands-on with AI. I’m looking for someone who gets excited about figuring out what agents can actually do, where they break, and how we can redesign workflows around them.
Someone who isn’t afraid to open an automation tool, connect an API, experiment with agents, build a scrappy prototype, or learn whatever we need to learn to test an idea.
We don’t need to build perfect technology right now. We need to build enough to learn.
Probably a fit if
- You’re strong in GTM, sales, growth, or business development.
- You’re genuinely hands-on with AI and curious about agents and automation.
- You like 0→1 environments where the answer isn’t known yet.
- You’re comfortable starting scrappy rather than spending six months building before talking to customers.
- You want to build a company, not join one as an employee.
No laundry list of years of experience, degrees, or specific tools. I care much more about how you think, how quickly you learn, what you can figure out, and whether we enjoy building together.
About me
I come from People & Recruiting and have spent the last few years building recruiting operations, working with tech companies, and hiring across the US and LATAM.
I currently run a small recruiting operation, which gives us something particularly useful at this stage: a real environment where we can experiment.
We can take vigente recruiting workflows and ask:
Should a human be doing this? Could an agent do it? Should they do it together?
Then build, test, measure, and repeat.
I’m not looking for someone to simply “do sales.”
- I’m looking for someone who wants to co-discover what this company should become and build it together.
