In this role you will drive the global Talent &

- Development agenda, aligning talent, performance, and HR initiatives across borders. You will shape governance, create templates and tools, and prepare senior leadership materials to enable informed decisions. You’ll manage cross-country forums, lead performance campaigns, and collaborate with HRIS/IT to rollout enhancements. This is a global, cross-functional role in a dynamic, international team focused on strategic people initiatives that support our mission to transform the automotive sector.

Responsabilidades

- Drive global Talent &
- Development agenda across Talent Management and Performance Management
- Facilitate talent, succession, and performance processes with cross-country alignment
- Develop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards for consistent execution
- Prepare executive presentations and decision-ready materials for senior leadership
- Manage governance forums and leadership reviews,



ensuring action follow-through
- Lead general performance management campaigns with communications, tracking, and issue resolution
- Act as main support for Talent &
- Performance systems, collaborating with HRIS and IT on enhancements
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor milestones, risks, and progress

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years in HR/Talent project or programme management with multinational cross-functional delivery
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, xugodme Psychology, or related field
- Strong executive presentation and data analysis skills (PowerPoint, Excel
- Power BI a plus)
- Proven project management and stakeholder influence abilities with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and HORSE Powertrain business
- Excellent English
- Spanish and other languages are valued
