The opportunity Lead Run Operations and Application Managed Services for Hitachi Energy’s ERP Platform, ensuring stable day-to-day operations, effective second-level support and timely resolution of incidents, problems and minor changes. The role provides Hitachi Energy ownership and orchestration of service delivery while a significant share of operational execution is performed by strategic service providers.

How You Will Make An Impact

- Own end-to-end service delivery and Application Managed Services (AMS) for the ERP Platform.
- Ensure stable ERP operations, effective support, and delivery against agreed service levels and KPIs.
- Lead, develop, and coach the ERP Platform Service Delivery team.
- Manage and govern external service providers, ensuring high service quality and operational performance.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service request management across the ERP application landscape.
- Monitor service performance, drive root-cause analysis, and implement continuous service improvements.
- Coordinate operational priorities and stakeholder alignment across Business, Product, and IT teams.
- Own delivery of minor operational enhancements and changes within the defined Run scope.
- Ensure effective collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, Release Management, and other technology teams.
- Lead major incident escalations and drive automation, knowledge sharing,



and operational excellence initiatives.

Your background

- 10+ years of experience in large global corporations.
- 10+ years in managing third party providers on global scale .
- 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise application operations, AMS and ERP service delivery.
- Strong understanding of incidents, problems, change and service management practices .
- Proven leadership and experience managing operational service teams .
- Ability to manage service performance, operational risks, escalations and continuous improvement .
- Strong business stakeholder management and communication skills.
