In this role you will build and operate AI and automation capabilities across finance processes to deliver measurable business impact. You will work within the Food Ingredients BU to modernize finance tooling using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and agentic AI tools, with close collaboration to the Finance AI Analyst. You will design, deploy, test, document and support solutions with auditable controls and security by default.

This is a hands-on, build-and-operate position that connects with IT and integral finance teams to ensure safe, governed deployments.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Build automation and AI solutions on IFF's Microsoft estate (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Dataverse) and extend with scripting; integrate with SAP extracts and reporting layers
- Ensure each deployment is auditable (what, when, by whom, tests, approvals, current state) and include required human review points for decisions with financial or legal impact
- Maintain runbooks and rollback paths; act as first point of contact for deployment issues and drive process improvements
- Monitor deployed capabilities against outcomes and proactively flag deviations
- Collaborate with the Finance AI Analyst and end users to test, train, document, and assess vendor/tool constraints; contribute to technical assessments and integration considerations
- Work with security practices by default (scoped access,



credential management, logging, redaction) and ensure deployments are aligned with IT and Global Process Transformation foundations
- Contribute to documentation, plain-language runbooks, and user guides; ensure end-to-end governance and auditability of capabilities

Responsabilidades

- Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Copilot Studio, Python or equivalent scripting, and agentic tools like Claude Code
- Proven experience designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting RPA solutions; experience with SAP interfaces, SAP GUI scripting or equivalent
- Comfort with finance data structures; ability to validate outputs against sources and spot incorrect results
- Security and audit mindset; integrate access control, logs, and audit xugodme trails into build processes
- Strong documentation skills including runbooks, rollback procedures and clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues who have domain expertise and translate process knowledge into technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience; minimum 3 years in building automation/integration/data solutions, with at least 1 year in AI/LLM tooling in production
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
