Are you passionate about the world of finance and the luxury retail industry? Control and analyze all data related to costs, employees' headcount (HC), Full-Time Equivalents (FTE), etc., ensuring a robust follow-up and analysis of deviations. Update and maintain various dashboards, monitor statistics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by brand, consolidating LVMH P&C; figures.

Update group reporting data and follow up monthly and annually. Report and analyze data for the HR department, including evolution, deviations, and generation of different scenarios to assist in decision-making. Participate in the budget process, updating changes and conducting necessary analyses while ensuring adherence to Group and local guidelines.

Planning and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in finance, Industrial Organization Engineering or similar field. Master's degree will be considered a plus.

LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.

IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Knowledge of SAP desirable.

OTHER: Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
