¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises across business units and projects.
- Develop financial plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitor business performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key variances against budget and forecast.
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and executive presentations for senior leadership.

Project Controlling & Cost Management

- Oversee the financial performance of a general portfolio of projects.
- Monitor project profitability, margins, cash generation, and cost efficiency.
- Track project costs against approved budgets and identify corrective actions when necessary.
- Partner with operational and project management teams to improve financial visibility and accountability.
- Analyze project economics and support decision-making regarding resource allocation and investment priorities.

Forecasting & Business Performance

- Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning.
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to monitor operational and financial results.
- Provide insightful analysis on revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow evolution.




- Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and planning methodologies.

Structured Finance & Financial Modelling Support

- Support the CFO on selected strategic financing initiatives.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment analysis, business opportunities, and financing structures.
- Assist in evaluating funding alternatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Participate in ad hoc projects involving acquisitions, partnerships, infrastructure investments, or other strategic transactions.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational, commercial, and project teams.
- Challenge assumptions and provide financial guidance to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders across different regions and functions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Previous experience in a Big Four firm is mandatory.
- At least 6 years of total professional experience within FP&A;, Transaction Services, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Audit, or related financial disciplines.
- Experience in project-based businesses, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or professional services environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to financial modeling and financing transactions is a strong plus.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, water, concessions, or private equity is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is nice to have.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Spanish, Portuguese are nice-to-have languages.
