Overview In this role you will oversee the development and timely delivery of scientific/medical assets, coordinating asset workflows with internal stakeholders and external agencies. You will manage tactical plans, timelines, budgets, and process improvements to optimize asset creation and review. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement guidelines and train stakeholders on platforms and processes.

You will contribute to the company's innovation strategy and help implement it locally, driving quality and impact for patients.

Responsabilidades Management and execution of tactical plans for scientific/medical asset creation and review

Coordinate information tactics, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder follow-ups with agencies and internal teams

Develop workflows, metrics, and reports to gain insights into asset creation and review

Act as trainer and point of contact to ensure correct usage of platforms and processes





Stay updated with company innovation strategies and support local implementation

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Science in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or related field

Master's degree in Scientific Field with related Operations/Project Management education valued

Solid project management skills

Good communication, coordination and time management

Fluent in English (oral and written)

At least three years' experience in scientific/medical asset creation in Pharma/Biotech

At least three years of successful Medical/Scientific Operations Management in Big Pharma or creative/communications agency working with Big Pharma

Strong ability to build meaningful and trusted relationships

Experience negotiating solutions and resolving conflicts communication coordination time management project management asset creation workflows information tactics and planning
