We act as strategic consultants, supporting both our partners and in-house projects to achieve their performance goals, while working closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Our decisions are data-driven at every level, from strategy to execution, enabling us to deeply understand Fever's business model and collaborate effectively across teams to guide the company's growth in the right direction.

The RolePartner with Cinema GM, taking full responsibility for its growth strategy and performanceDefine and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and enhance overall company performanceLead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiativesCollaborate with teams and stakeholders across international marketsReport directly to the General Growth Director, working closely with top management and foundersWho You Are8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or business-related rolesDeep understanding of core growth strategies, including but not limited to email, push/SMS and socialEntertainment marketing experience and knowledge of theatrical, home entertainment or gamingProven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projectsYou have an MBA, Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy backgroundStrong data-driven mindset: you use numbers to inform strategic and business decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills,
