In this role you lead the Hub's portfolio and performance governance, driving value realization across digital and data initiatives. You own the end-to-end business case, KPI framework, and project performance, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and scope. You shape the digital product portfolio and AI use-case pipeline, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and impact.

- Coordinate cross-stream backlog with Data Team and Digitalization/AI Team
- Plan and communicate tool releases with Implementation and Digitalization/AI Teams
- Analyze product usage to improve UX and derive actions
- Track post-go-live benefits against business case promises
- Monitor enablement progress and rollout milestones with Digital Champions
- Create multi-level dashboards (Power BI) for SteerCo, program, and project levels
- Collaborate with all Hub teams and interfaces to consolidate performance view
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions via SteerCo reporting
Responsabilidades
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in project/portfolio/performance management in a complex organization
- Proven xugodme expertise in business case development and evaluation (ROI, NPV, TCO)
- Strong track record in designing and operating KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Hands-on skills in dashboarding/reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, or comparable)
- Experience in budget controlling with cost transparency and variance management
- Knowledge of Agile (preferably SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies
- Good understanding of digital products, data products, and IT delivery processes
- Excellent German and English language skills
