We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a growing international organisation and support the HR Lead across day-to-day people operations in Europe.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes across European markets.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS.
- Support benefits administration and respond to employees' questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Help build and structure the HR department, developing and implementing HR processes and procedures from the ground up.
- Support compliance with local employment legislation and HR documentation requirements across different European countries.
- Liaise with ADP and external providers to support payroll management.
- Support annual salary review and performance review processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.




- Prepare HR reports and support the HR Lead with people-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide general HR support to employees and managers across the organisation.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a generalist HR role.
- Experience in a fast-growing, international or multi-country environment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Spanish employment law; exposure to other European jurisdictions is highly valued.
- Bilingual / native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Candidates must be fully comfortable communicating professionally in both languages, written and spoken.
- Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems; experience with ADP is a plus.
