We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the IT team of an international company operating in the energy sector .

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment, providing user support, and actively participating in digitalization projects, supporting approximately 220 users across international offices.

What will you help with?

- Ticket and incident resolution (1st and 2nd level support)
- User onboarding and offboarding in corporate systems (email, Active Directory, etc.)
- Configuration and delivery of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)
- Installation, maintenance, and updating of corporate software
- IT onboarding of new employees
- Maintenance and support of private cloud services




- Active Directory administration in Windows environments
- On-site and remote user support
- Basic maintenance of networks, printers, and other connected devices
- Participation in internal digitalization projects

Who you are:

- Education in IT, computer systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with user management tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly and effectively to technical issues
