LuxQuanta seeks a Technical Support Engineer to be the direct technical backbone for our integral customer base, owning support operations and bridging customer needs with engineering to ensure reliable quantum systems in the field.
You will diagnose issues across products and environments, manage incidents under SLAs, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and R&D; to drive continuous improvement while building thorough documentation and scalable processes.
