The Role

As an Industrial Process Operator , you will be an important part of the production team and will take responsibility for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the production process.

You will work with advanced production installations and processes, where safety, product quality, production efficiency, and reliability are key priorities.

Your technical knowledge and analytical approach will help you identify deviations, solve problems, and keep the production process running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll:

- Monitor and control the production process and associated installations;
- Operate and adjust production equipment to maintain stable and efficient production;
- Closely monitor process parameters, product quality, and production performance;
- Identify deviations and determine the appropriate corrective actions;
- Analyse technical and process-related problems and help identify their root causes;
- Work together with the shift supervisor and production colleagues to resolve issues;
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency;
- Record and report production results and relevant process information;
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to setting priorities within the production process;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Follow all applicable safety, environmental, quality, and operational procedures;
- Work according to a 5-shift schedule .

You bring:

- A completed technical MBO-4 level education , such as VAPRO C or an equivalent technical qualification;




- Experience or a strong affinity with industrial production and process technology;
- Good technical insight and the ability to understand complex production processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to identify deviations and respond appropriately;
- A structured and accurate approach to your work;
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence;
- The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team;
- Good communication skills;
- The ability to remain calm and focused when production is under pressure;
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility;
- The motivation to continuously develop your technical knowledge and skills;
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system and participate in additional training where required.
