Celebrity Cruises is seeking a skilled Baker to manage bakery shop operations aboard our ship. You will oversee daily production, ensure quality and presentation of bread, and set up displays for buffets.
You will assist in forecasting, monitor leftovers to control costs, and ensure compliance with USPH rules and ship standards. The role requires at least three years' bakery experience in upscale settings, shipboard preferred, and completion of high school or equivalent.
