Factorial is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new DACH clients through their journey on our platform. You will tailor onboarding to each customer's needs, translate client processes into Factorial, and collaborate across teams to improve the overall experience.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and CS to ensure clients are activated, satisfied, and able to leverage Factorial to its full potential.
