Profile required:

We need a profile with strong hands-on experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Payroll for Spain, ideally with previous experience managing payroll for artists, performers, audiovisual professionals, or other employee groups with specific labour and payroll conditions.

Key requirements:

- Strong experience with SAP HCM / SAP Payroll (PY) Spain
- End-to-end payroll implementation and configuration
- Good knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, Social Security and taxation
- Experience managing complex payroll rules, variable remuneration and special employee groups
- Ideally, previous experience with artists / audiovisual / media sector payroll
- Experience in Spanish public sector or highly regulated environments would be a plus
