eSky Group is seeking a Head of Ancillaries to own and scale a new in-destination add-ons business. You will lead commercial strategy, partner negotiations, and the integration of attractions, tours, and restaurant bookings into both the purchase path and post-booking service journeys.
You'll build stand-alone products such as insurance and car rental, while guiding the team from hands-on experimentation to strategic direction and accountability for the numbers.
