In this role you will design and implement end-to-end fraud prevention strategies to reduce losses and boost profitability. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to deploy preventive controls, run A/B tests, and monitor performance. You will analyze fraud patterns with SQL and analytics tools, and maintain executive dashboards to track risk and compliance.

This is a data-driven, cross-functional role focused on scalable, regional risk management. You’ll contribute to a mission of secure, efficient local delivery and growth.

- Identify opportunities to reduce fraud losses across streams and improve profitability using risk rules and machine learning
- Design and roll out end-to-end fraud prevention strategies, including controls and measurement of impact
- Support evaluation of fraud controls via setup, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to propose innovative risk controls
- Perform risk analysis with SQL, Python,



and analytics platforms to detect patterns and monitor metrics
- Contribute to ML workflows by defining features and validating model outputs with Data Science
- Maintain centralized escalation for suspected fraud and align with local teams to adapt controls regionally
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Looker to track fraud OKRs, financial exposure, and compliance
- Clarify complex fraud topics using data-driven approaches for diverse audiences

Responsabilidades

- 1-3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech or analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative xugodme field
- Strong SQL skills; Python or similar analytics familiarity
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Understanding of Precision vs. Recall and A/B testing principles
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English
