We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team and support the development of complex data center projects in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a development professional with strong expertise in real estate planning, zoning and permitting, who is looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects within a dynamic and international environment.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate land development activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver construction-ready sites.





Key Responsibilities - Lead land development activities across multiple data center projects.

- Drive zoning, planning, permitting and site development processes through to construction-ready status.
- Coordinate with Acquisition, Construction, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Fiber, Environmental, Water, Power, Procurement and Legal teams.
- Develop and maintain permitting schedules, ensuring coordination of project interdependencies and milestones.
- Establish effective collaboration with local, regional and national authorities in Spain.
- Develop and support strategic development plans and regional strategies.
- Prepare project status reports, schedule updates, risk assessments, business cases and executive presentations.
- Manage Architect/Engineer (AE) scopes of work and proposals.
- Support funding control and expenditure management.
- Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Promote effective development practices and cross-functional collaboration across projects. Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza
