Our client, a general tech leader is looking for an ambitious and motivated Finance, Business, or related graduate to join their team in Madrid as a Licensing Management Specialist .

In this role, you’ll support and continuously improve the end-to-end software licensing, entitlement, and customer enablement processes across a growing portfolio of enterprise software products.

What you’ll be doing

- Own the end-to-end software licensing and entitlement lifecycle, from booked order through to successful customer enablement.
- Validate orders, products, contract terms, customer entitlements, support eligibility, and licensing prerequisites before software fulfilment.
- Manage software licence generation, delivery, activation, entitlement updates, and licence-related customer communications.
- Ensure asset, configuration, serial-number mapping, installation location, contract, and support information is complete before licensing execution.
- Work closely with Asset Management and Support teams to resolve data or configuration gaps that could prevent accurate licensing.
- Manage licence-related changes arising from expansions, upgrades, migrations,



transfers, renewals, replacements, RMAs, and decommissioning.
- Maintain accurate and reliable software licensing and entitlement records across relevant enterprise and licensing systems.
- Monitor licensing requests, operational queues, service levels, backlogs, escalations, and customer-impacting exceptions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Deal Desk, Finance, and Order Management teams to resolve complex licensing issues.
- Work with Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Revenue Cloud, licensing-platform, and workflow teams to support automation and process improvements.
- Support new product introductions and help define licensing processes for subscription, SaaS, cloud, consumption-based, and hybrid hardware/software offerings.

What we’re looking for

- A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Technology, or a related discipline .
- A genuine interest in business operations, technology, finance, or commercial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing information.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- The ability to work effectively with people across different teams and functions.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
- Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An interest in learning how software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and technology-enabled business models work.
