Overview

As an Account Manager for Spain, you will onboard and support partners, ensuring they and their clients maximize Factorial's platform. You'll align client needs with product, collect feedback, and coordinate improvements with internal teams. The role blends relationship management with a consultative, outcome-driven approach to unlock the Spanish market. You will work closely with partners to drive adoption and deliver a tailored experience.

Build strong partner relationships and capture requirements through regular calls

Provide after-sales support to retain partners' customers

Coordinate with internal teams to relay partner needs and product improvements





Help partners implement Factorial for their clients and customize the setup

Gather partner feedback to inform product enhancements

Shape the partner and customer journey to unlock the market

Requisitos principales Native-level Spanish

Fluent English

Experience as Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner, Consultant, or Account Manager is valuable

Proactivity and initiative to activate partners

Fast learner able to grasp product updates quickly

Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose alternatives

Strong analytical ability to understand market specifics
