Responsabilidades Define and evolve Openbanks payroll and primacy strategy using customer insights, market trends and competitive analysis

Design initiatives to improve payroll conversion, engagement, transaction recurrence and long-term loyalty

Analyze end-to-end payroll journey to identify levers across commercial, digital and communications

Monitor KPIs related to payroll,



engagement and primacy; extract insights for decision making and risk/opportunity detection

Prioritize strategic initiatives balancing customer experience, impact and primacy objectives

Lead cross-functional initiatives coordinating Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology for timely delivery

Requisitos principales 5+ years in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy, Growth or Commercial Strategy in Banking/Financial Services or Digital businesses

Proven track record designing customer engagement or commercial strategies based on data

Experience analyzing performance, customer behavior and KPIs

Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives

Background in digital banking or customer lifecycle strategies is highly valued
