As a People Business Partner for the Iberia region, you将在 the Madrid office serve as the trusted advisor to leaders and employees to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead the local People agenda, balancing strategic partnering with day-to-day employee support and location services. - Act as the trusted People Partner for the Madrid office, supporting business performance and employee experience.
- Lead the local People agenda with focus on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational health.
- Coach managers on people matters to enable balanced business decisions and an inclusive, high-performing environment.
- Deliver core HR processes: talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, engagement, and culture priorities.




- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to provide integrated people solutions across the lifecycle.
- Support organizational change and transformation to enhance business effectiveness and engagement.
- Serve as the primary People contact for Madrid, implementing local, sector, and global priorities while supporting location services.
- Build strong relations with local, regional, and global stakeholders to foster constructive employee and labour relations.
- Participate in West Europe People initiatives and share best practices across markets.
- Support EMEA and Global People initiatives in Iberia; assist strategic People projects at Burgos manufacturing site.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor degree in relevant field plus 5+ years in HR, ideally in People Business Partnering, Generalist, or Employee Relations.
- Solid understanding of Spanish labour legislation and employee relations practices.
- Experience partnering with managers on talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organization levels.
- Ability to navigate complexity and offer pragmatic solutions balancing business and people priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. xugodme
