Overview In this role you drive technology procurement for a fast-moving, transformation-focused tech company. You will partner with R&D;, Internal IT, Finance and Legal to source, negotiate and manage IT suppliers across software and services, while contributing to Source-to-Pay improvements. You'll own subcategories and help shape the procurement roadmap within a broader tech ecosystem. This is an opportunity to impact value, efficiency, and risk across critical technology spend.

Responsabilidades Define and execute sourcing strategies for technology categories in collaboration with stakeholders

Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations and supplier selection with emphasis on service, value for money and risk

Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand needs and support procurement decisions

Lead/manage subcategories with clear ownership of sourcing activity and supplier follow-up

Contribute to category roadmap across R&D;, Internal IT and Corporate Software





Manage supplier relationships to drive performance and accountability

Use spend data, market intelligence and KPIs to identify improvements

Contribute to Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay initiatives within ARCH finance modernization program

Handle several projects in parallel with prioritization and collaboration

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years in Procurement

Experience in supplier management, contract management, negotiations and tendering

Exposure to software, technology services and IT-related categories; experience in Internal IT, Corporate Software or R&D; environments a plus

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Solid analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously

Interest in technology, AI, digital tools and market trends

Excellent written and verbal English communications

Proactive, autonomous, team-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint stakeholder management clear communication structured thinking category management
