Purpose of the Position As Product Manager, Publisher Payments, you will own and evolve Awin's global publisher payments experience, ensuring publishers are paid accurately, on time, and through payment methods that best meet their needs. Working closely with product, engineering, finance, support, operations and compliance teams, you will define and deliver solutions that create value for publishers, support business growth and enable Awin to scale its integral payments capabilities. Identify payment-related pain points and opportunities through data, customer feedback and market insights, translating them into clear product outcomes Drive the evolution of Awin's global payments capabilities, supporting different countries, currencies, payment methods and regulatory requirements Use data, customer insights and business context to prioritize opportunities, measure impact and continuously improve payment performance and user experience Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making ~ Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and improving experiences ~ Understanding of global payment methods, regulatory requirements and compliance considerations across different markets is an advantage.
