OBJECTIVE

Contribute to the success of the Production area as a Production Transfer Assistant by supporting production transfer activities,optimizing planning processes, and facilitating product industrialization to ensure operational continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Industrialization of new products into the ERP system.

- Management and monitoring of engineering changes in Production.

- Management of manufacturing orders, including tracking, closing orders, date modifications and planning.

- Weekly ERP (Navision) planning for Production, manufacturing orders and outsourcing.

- Inventory management and monitoring.

- Supporting order entry and order confirmations in the ERP, as well as other administrative tasks related to the Production department.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- CFGS,



preferably Administration and finance.

- 1-2 year of experience in a similar position related to assembly activities.

- 1 year experience with Navision or similar.

OTHER SKILLS

- Versatile person with a great capacity for learning.

- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize work and appropriate attention to detail.

- Motivation for working in an international technological environment of an SME with a strong growth.

- Capable of working independently to a production schedule.

- Basic English, by communication via e-mail.
