We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Group Technology Team in Madrid (Hybrid). You will be responsible for designing and delivering a next-generation Player Account Management platform, engineered for transactional correctness, data integrity, and operational resilience. Design and implement core services (identity, transactional flows, data integrity) within an event-driven architecture.
Design high-performance REST APIs with clear contracts and versioning.
Implement distributed transaction patterns (sagas/orchestration or choreography) and reason about compensation and eventual consistency.
Apply concurrency control (optimistic/pessimistic locking, distributed locking) to ensure correctness under concurrent writes.
