We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and grow Mitiga's B2B demand generation engine . You'll be responsible for turning our marketing efforts into qualified opportunities, working closely with Sales to build pipeline and drive revenue.
This is a hands-on, commercially oriented role . You'll own the full funnel across inbound, SEO, paid acquisition, website optimisation, content, campaigns and selected events, while continuously using data to understand what's working, what isn't, and where to invest next.
You'll market a technically complex product to sophisticated buyers across infrastructure,



energy and financial services. You'll need to be comfortable translating climate science, data and technology into clear commercial value, while also getting into the details of campaigns, funnels and performance metrics.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Own and grow Mitiga's B2B demand generation strategy , from awareness and acquisition through lead qualification and conversion.
- Build, launch and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes across SEO, inbound, paid acquisition, email, content, partnerships and selected industry events .
- Define and continuously refine our ICP, target accounts and buyer personas , prioritising the audiences and opportunities with the highest commercial potential.
- Work closely with AEs and BDRs to align marketing and Sales, improve lead quality, support outbound initiatives and maximise pipeline generation.
