Overview In this Director role, you drive strategic transformation initiatives within Advanced Quantitative Sciences (AQS) to turn high-level strategy into concrete, measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders across Development to shape enterprise-wide execution, governance, and operating models that enable scalable innovation. You'll manage complex, cross-functional programs, balancing priorities and risks to deliver lasting impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with measurable business impact across AQS

Develop and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities

Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear milestones and dependencies

Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, outcomes, and program performance

Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams and Development stakeholders





Influence and lead matrix teams to deliver complex initiatives without direct authority

Implement scalable operating models, processes, and ways of working to enhance performance

Champion change adoption through communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize execution and outcomes

Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation strategy and delivery

Requisitos principales Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related discipline

Significant experience in pharmaceutical R&D;, life sciences consulting, or transformation environments

Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation or strategic initiatives

Strong understanding of drug development and pharmaceutical R&D; environment

Ability to translate complex strategies into executable plans with measurable outcomes

Expertise in program and project management (planning, governance, execution, delivery)

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead within matrix organizations

Excellent analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
