You lead the worldwide Conversational AI transformation for Santander’s chat products, shaping how customers and internal teams engage through intelligent AI-enabled channels. You align the global roadmap with Santander’s AI strategy, translating business needs into scalable, compliant AI use cases that deliver measurable value. You collaborate with product, platform, and business units to integrate AI chat capabilities and pilot innovative features with partners like OpenAI or Anthropic.

You drive end-to-end delivery and cross-functional adoption at scale, focusing on practical impact and risk-aware execution.

- Evaluate and pilot new features/technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Coordinate cross-functional adoption with business, legal, technology, and program teams
- Communicate complex problems clearly to diverse audiences
- Identify risks in advance, propose mitigations, and measure impact
- Support standardization and evolution of program organization
- Act as trusted advisor translating technical innovation into business impact

Responsabilidades
