Job description





We are looking for an ERP Support Expert to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. This role will be responsible for leading the Finance ERP Support team, ensuring high-quality support to end users while continuously improving support processes and ways of working.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, solid functional knowledge of financial ERP systems, and a hands-on support mindset. You will act as the main point of contact for complex issues, support the team in daily operations, and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support the ERP Finance Support team, ensuring a high level of service and user satisfaction
- Act as an escalation point for complex or critical ERP-related incidents and user queries
