About the Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager (vCSM), you will own a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses across the EMEA region, helping them maximize the value of Microsoft Azure.

You'll act as both a technical consultant and strategic advisor, identifying growth opportunities, guiding customers through cloud solutions, and ensuring long-term adoption and success.

Own Your Customer Portfolio

Drive Business Growth
- Identify new Azure opportunities
- Generate additional business within existing and new accounts
- Expand cloud adoption across your customer base

Lead the Full Customer Journey
- Conduct technical discovery sessions
- Recommend Azure solutions tailored to business needs
- Guide customers from opportunity creation to implementation
- Activate Azure consumption and ensure successful ado
