Mission: The Reservations Agent serves as the first point of contact for discerning guests and travel partners. This role requires a refined sales approach, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of bespoke services. Responsible for handling all guest inquiries, bookings requests and reservation modifications in a professional, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.

This role is pivotal in maximizing room revenue through effective sales techniques and up-selling, while delivering a seamless and personalized experience for potential and returning guests. The Agent will be responsible for managing reservation requests and ensuring other departments are informed to guarantee a seamless stay.

Profile

- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.





Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.

- Applicable Certifications and/or Degree(s)
- Strong soft selling skills with a genuine passion for sales and curating relationships.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS an asset
- Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work adaptable hours
- Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License required to drive company vehicles
