Overview As Senior Product Manager for Segmentation and Lifecycle Analytics, you define the strategy and roadmap for how customers segment users and track lifecycle signals. You'll align product work with marketing technology and analytics, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to drive deeper customer insights. You'll shape predictive and retention-focused capabilities that help customers improve conversion and engagement at scale. Responsabilidades Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for segmentation and lifecycle analytics
Prioritize customer problems considering value, constraints, and business goals; communicate decisions to leadership and partner teams
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to test ideas before larger investments




Improve segmentation workflows: define, save, compare, and reuse audiences across analyses
Develop user-level and retention analysis to reveal drivers of conversion and engagement
Explore predictive intelligence, including lifecycle classification and engagement scoring, with Data and AI teams
Lead across teams from problem definition to launch and iteration; track KPIs, adoption, quality, and customer value
Maintain strong relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to align go-to-market with product performance
Requisitos principales 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software or complex data products
Experience in product analytics, audience platforms, marketing technology, lifecycle and retention products
Understanding of segmentation, funnels, cohorts, conversion, engagement, and retention analysis
