As a Sales Engineer at Arkadia, you will play a key role in understanding customer propulsion needs and requirements and fulfilling them with Arkadia's propulsion products and systems. You will be responsible of engaging with customers during the whole sales cycle: from identifying them and making first contacts, to understanding mission needs and requirements, preparing ROM proposals and RFI/RFP to contract negotiations.



You will also help understanding Arkadia's Commercial Department about future market and customers needs to shape product portfolio.

This is a highly multidisciplinary role combining engineering, business and negotiation skills, with significant autonomy and direct interaction with customers, technical teams and external partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing & potential Arkadia's customers through continuous networking, attending industry events and performing market research. Support contract negotiations in liaison with the legal team in order to close contracts and win bids.

What you'll need MSc. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; Hands-on experience on hardware projects, gained through professional, academic, or university competition projects. Nice to have Demonstrated experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within the space, aerospace, or a high-tech industry.
