As an SAP Presales Consultant focused on SAP SuccessFactors, you enable the sales team by shaping tailored HR solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, design value-driven SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations. You translate requirements into winning proposals and ensure smooth handoff to delivery. This role sits in our International Presales team, offering growth in a globally active company with a strong HR value proposition.

- Assist in proposal development and bid responses
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to enable transition from presales to delivery

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 5 years in SAP HR Presales
- Deep knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish xugodme is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
