As a SAP HCM Payroll / SAP HXM Consultant, you will advise German-speaking clients and design scalable SAP solutions. You’ll lead workshops, deliver AMS deployments, and guide customers through modern HR architectures. You own payroll-related innovations and add-ons, driving compliance and process improvements. This role partners with Sales, PreSales, and Delivery to support transformation initiatives and high-quality service.

- Act as trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP HXM
- Lead customer workshops and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Deliver SAP HXM AMS activities: implementations, change requests, configuration, enhancements
- Advise on SAP HANA, Cloud and modern HR architectures
- Own Payroll Control Center (PCC), InnovaPay, and payroll-related add-ons
- Provide expert support for complex Payroll and HR topics with high-quality service
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and stay updated on SAP innovations
- Collaborate with Sales, PreSales and Delivery on engagements and transformation initiatives
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience as SAP HCM Payroll / SAP HXM consultant in AMS and/or implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll for Germany and experience with German-speaking customers in DACH
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA, Cloud technologies and modern SAP xugodme HR landscapes
- Experience with PCC and payroll-related add-ons is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead discussions, workshops and solution design
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English mandatory
