As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at SD Worx, you will implement robust, future-proof SuccessFactors solutions for clients and align them with HR best practices. You will guide customers on SAP strategies, lead process walkthroughs, and design/configure systems to meet business needs. You’ll run workshops, enable knowledge transfer, and collaborate with international teams to drive innovation in HR tech.
This role offers hands-on impact in shaping client HR processes and leveraging cloud solutions to transform people operations.

Responsabilidades
- Fluency in Dutch and high level of English
- SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance u0026 Goals, Compensation, or Learning)
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Strong communication skills for senior client xugodme stakeholders
- Proactive, enthusiastic about learning SAP technologies
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and initiative-taking
- Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with continuous improvement
