In this role you act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Payroll and SAP HXM. You will lead customer workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. You’ll deliver SAP HXM AMS including implementations, changes, configurations, and enhancements, while advising on SAP HANA, Cloud, and modern HR architectures.

You will own Payroll Control Center (PCC), InnovaPay, and payroll-related add-ons, and provide expert support for complex payroll and HR topics. You’ll identify automation opportunities and ensure compliance, collaborating with Sales, PreSales, and Delivery teams to drive customer transformation.

- Advise on SAP HANA, Cloud, and modern HR architectures
- Take ownership of PCC, InnovaPay, and payroll add-ons




- Provide expert support for complex Payroll/HR topics and high-quality service
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and SAP innovations
- Collaborate with Sales, PreSales and Delivery on engagements and transformation initiatives

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years as SAP HCM Payroll / SAP HXM Consultant in AMS or implementation projects
- Strong SAP Payroll for Germany expertise; experience with German-speaking customers in DACH
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA, Cloud technologies, and modern SAP HR landscapes xugodme
- Experience with PCC and payroll-related add-ons is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead customer discussions, workshops, and solution design
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English mandatory
