At Qaracter , we're looking for a Senior Camunda Developer / Consultant to join a strategic project with a leading financial institution. You'll work on the design, development, and evolution of business process automation solutions , helping build and strengthen our Camunda capabilities while working alongside experienced teams in a demanding financial environment.

? What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using Camunda .
- Work with Camunda BPMN to model and orchestrate complex business processes.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices .
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization .
- Integrate Camunda with backend systems, databases, and external services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to development standards, best practices, and reusable components.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with banking stakeholders in an international environment.

✔️ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda V8 .
- Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow/process orchestration.
- Strong Java development background.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices .
- Good knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot .
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases .
- Experience with Git and modern development practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD environments and deployment processes.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- English level B2 or higher .

⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Camunda 8 / Zeebe .
- Experience with Camunda 7 .
- Knowledge of Docker* and *Kubernetes .
- Experience with AWS or Azure .
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging technologies.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments .
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
