Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric)

Location: Remote - Must be within the EU

We're partnering with a highly data-driven pharmaceutical organisation that's scaling its analytics capability and investing heavily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric as core platforms.

They're looking for an expert-level Data Analyst / BI Specialist who can take ownership of complex data solutionssomeone who combines deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset.

What you'll be doing

- Designing and delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions
- Writing advanced DAX to support complex, high-performance reporting
- Building and optimising large-scale data models within Fabric
- Leveraging Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse / Semantic Models)



to support scalable analytics
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and drive business decisions
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

What they're looking for:
- Expert-level experience with Power BI and DAX
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Proven track record working with large-scale / enterprise data models
- Deep understanding of dimensional modelling (star schema)
- A strong business and stakeholder engagement mindset
- Experience operating in fast-paced, data-led environments
