In this role you will own data governance and the data platform framework for Homecare Europe, ensuring reliability, compliance and business continuity across countries. You will steer a multi-year Data & AI transformation roadmap, act as the RSW authority on data architecture, and align data strategy with regulatory and clinical needs. You will shape a lakehouse-based data platform, build pipelines in Databricks, and implement governance and secure data handling to deliver governed data products.
