Overview In this role you will lead direct tax and transfer pricing activities for a multinational, ensuring compliant, efficient tax governance and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage tax provisions, TP documentation, and audits, shaping a scalable tax function. You will drive standardization and automation to reduce risk and support strategic business objectives.

Responsabilidades Lead corporate income tax compliance and provisions, ETR forecasting, withholding taxes, and year-end processes

Provide expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing and documentation

Support tax audits and act as key contact for tax authorities and external advisors

Identify tax risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

Drive standardization, automation,



and knowledge sharing within the tax function

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field

4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment

Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and OECD transfer pricing guidelines and compliance requirements

Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Exposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plus

CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus

Masters degree or professional tax qualification preferred but not essential
