At this moment, they are seeking for a Contract Manager for their headquarters in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive contractual management of large-scale EPC projects.
This role requires leading complex contract negotiations, managing claims and amendments, and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution processes. Review and comment on contract terms, propose alternatives, and oversee contract-related communications.
