Overview

As a Senior Analyst, you will perform technical financial analysis to assess current and future performance and prepare recommendations for plans, acquisitions, and forecasts. You will conduct economic studies on returns, depreciation, working capital, investments, and regulatory impacts, guiding decisions within Controlling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge margins, monitor costs, and ensure accurate intercompany and contract processes in SAP.

This role blends analysis with business partnering to improve cash flow and financial reliability in a hybrid work setup in Katowice or Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

Provide financial support and technical expertise for Lifecycle business

Analyze Actuals vs. AOP/FCST and prepare variance analyses for topline, margins, and utilization

Challenge project managers to review margins progress on contracts





Track vigente vs planned burden rate

Review cost center spend, book adjusting entries, and follow up with cost center managers

Analyze backlog and project margins in QuickBase

Review proposals and participate in PARB policy discussions

Oversee creation and documentation of zero-dollar contracts and intercompany pricing in SAP

Follow up on contract setup errors (part numbers, labor rates)

Perform intercompany recharges monthly

Monitor closing of service orders and GR/PO closures to support cash flow

Coordinate cross-department efforts to resolve issues affecting customer payments and reconcile deviations

Monitor asset and liability balances and age unbilled balances

Requisitos principales Recognized accounting/finance qualification, finance-based university degree

8 years of relevant work experience

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Ability to communicate across multiple departments and cultures
