As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist at Preply, you will lead tutor acquisition across new categories, building scalable growth engines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize paid and organic channels, partnerships, and CRM-driven funnels. Your work will drive qualified tutor supply and channel expansion in a fast-growing, human-led, AI-enabled learning platform. This role offers high ownership in shaping acquisition strategy and measurable impact on integral education.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Monitor SEM and paid social performance to shape iterations and underperformance fixes
- Collaborate with Marketing SEO and CRM to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion
- Own job board strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other boards
- Identify, test,



and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships with no existing playbook
- Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework and guide budget decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally and create playbooks for scaling

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership
- Fluency with a CRM and funnel math to build a KPI framework
- Experience building and scaling a channel or process from scratch xugodme
- Comfort operating in both centralized and autonomous channel ownership
- Growth mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficiency with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum; SQL or BI tool a strong plus)
