Rôck&Villa; is looking for a Senior Interior Architect to join our studio in Mallorca.

We are looking for a highly experienced and design-driven professional who can lead high-end residential and hospitality projects from initial concept through technical development, execution and site supervision.

Working closely with the studio’s founders and creative direction, you will take an active role across all stages of the design process, translating concepts into presentations, moodboards, detailed technical documentation and ultimately built spaces.

Responsibilities

- Lead interior architecture projects from concept through execution
- Develop design concepts, moodboards and client presentations
- Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Oversee project execution and site progress
- Maintain the studio’s design intent and standards throughout all project phases
- Support project planning, coordination and day-to-day project management

Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant professional experience




- Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects
- Strong aesthetic alignment with Rôck&Villa; projects
- Excellent design, presentation and technical drawing skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD + Revit and/or ArchiCAD / InDesign
- Digitally fluent, with a proactive approach to using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication and project leadership skills
- Currently based in Mallorca or willing to relocate

This is a full-time, studio-based position in Palma de Mallorca, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
