We are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across international business environments.

This role requires a unique combination of functional consulting expertise, technical architecture knowledge, and hands-on experience delivering PLM transformation programs. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor for business stakeholders while driving technical excellence across integrations, system maintenance, and solution architecture.

The position is technology-agnostic and open to professionals with solid experience in platforms such as:

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements across Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Lead workshops with key stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions.
- Design and optimize end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management processes.
- Drive process harmonization and PLM governance initiatives.
- Support clients throughout digital transformation and product development programs.
- Define PLM roadmaps and best practices.
- Design scalable PLM architectures aligned with enterprise IT landscapes.
- Define integration strategies between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, SCM, CRM, and other business systems.
- Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology selection processes.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation and upgrade projects.




- Configure and customize PLM solutions according to business requirements.
- Coordinate technical developments and integrations with development teams.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
- Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure system performance and long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to DevOps and application lifecycle management practices where applicable.

Project Delivery

- Lead PLM implementation projects across multiple business units and geographies.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and system integrators.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience working with enterprise PLM solutions.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end PLM implementation projects.
- Strong background in both functional consulting and technical solution delivery.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, aerospace, medical devices, consumer goods, or engineering environments.
- Experience working with general and complex enterprise organizations.
