The opportunity

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across high-volume and strategic hiring requirements. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates and specialist sourcing teams, you’ll ensure service levels and KPIs are met while providing expert advice throughout the recruitment journey. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues, influence recruitment strategy and use talent insights to help clients make confident, data-led hiring decisions.

What you’ll do

Client Delivery:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working with sourcing, digital and research teams to drive performance and value.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen CVs, interview candidates and help design effective assessments, case studies and presentations.
- Create innovative resourcing strategies using creative sourcing techniques, talent insights and market data.




- Deliver accurate management information and use data to guide recruitment decisions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through to start date.
- Support offer decisions and negotiations, confidently managing objections and notice periods.
- Lead stakeholder update calls, provide clear progress reports and consistently deliver against agreed KPIs.

Leadership and collaboration:

- Mentor and motivate junior team members, championing best practice and the client’s culture.
- Collaborate across teams to create a seamless recruitment process.
- Take ownership of multiple projects and adapt quickly when supporting new accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and embed a continuous-improvement mindset.

What you’ll bring

- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience and a proven ability to deliver results.
- Confidence building client relationships and providing credible, high-level advice.
- Excellent CV screening, interviewing and assessment-design skills.
- A creative approach to sourcing and the ability to develop effective resourcing strategies.
- Experience producing accurate management reports and using data to inform decisions.
- Strong candidate-management skills and a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
- A consistent track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident use of Applicant Tracking Systems for accurate reporting.
